Slop Factory ("the App") is a free desktop application for creating quiz videos and publishing them to your own TikTok account. It is built so that your data stays with you.
Nothing. The App has no sign-up, no cloud service, no analytics, no tracking and no advertising. We operate no servers that receive your data; everything the App does happens on your computer.
When you connect a TikTok account through TikTok's official login (OAuth) flow, the App receives an access token and basic profile information (username, display name, avatar) for that account. The App uses this to show you which account you are posting to and to upload the videos you choose to publish. If you use the analytics view, it also reads that account's own statistics (followers, views, likes, comments, shares).
If we are running ads, our website may ask whether we can load the TikTok Pixel to measure how those ads perform. The pixel sets cookies and shares visit and conversion data (such as pages viewed and sign-ups) with TikTok, as described in TikTok's privacy policy. It loads only if you choose "Allow", declining changes nothing about how the site or App works, and you can clear your browser cookies at any time to withdraw the choice. We never load third-party tracking without asking first.
Access tokens, settings and rendered videos are stored locally on your computer. Data is transmitted only to TikTok's official APIs, and only to carry out the actions you request. No data is sold, shared or disclosed to anyone.
Revoke the App's access at any time in TikTok (Settings → Security → Apps and websites); this invalidates the stored tokens. You can delete all locally stored data by removing the App's folder and configuration files.
